Meet Your Instructor
Heather Freeman
Heather has been teaching dog sports for over 14 years, primarily focusing on dock diving and other aquatic activities for dogs. Her focus on engagement and fitness foundations started very early on with coaches and mentors who emphasized the need for not only a great physical fitness foundation for the canine athlete but a connected relationship as well. These intentions continue in her teachings today; she has become a certified fitness instructor emphasizing performance and sports dogs.
Heather lives with her husband and three dogs at the Jersey Shore in Central New Jersey and participates in various sports such as dock diving, agility, disc, and shed hunting. She also enjoys walks and hikes with her dogs and long runs and swims in the ocean nearby.
